the Spaghetti Brain Untangler

After 15+ years inside HR and leadership teams, I saw the same pattern in almost every stuck organization: talented people, tangled thinking. Not a lack of skill — a lack of clarity. I started coaching to help people cut through it. Today I partner with managers, teams, and the occasional working parent, mostly in tech and services, across Europe. Professional Certified Coach, two-times mother, and relentlessly curious about what people are actually capable of when the noise clears.

My mission is to help people dissolve their imaginary fences that keep them from being everything they can be.
